HMI De-Cluttering: We stripped away the noise, focusing the interface on what truly matters to the process.
Data-Driven Quality: We added strategic data collection points and custom trend screens, allowing for real-time quality control and rapid response to out-of-specification events.
Intuitive Alarming: We didn't just set alarms; we made them smart. By translating and rewording alarm texts into language that technicians and operators actually use, we slashed troubleshooting time and reduced the need for extensive training.
